Business Development Executive

Full-Time Remote/Hybrid Sales

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and helping organizations discover how DeskTraker can transform their productivity tracking needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
  • • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies
  • • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • • Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients
  • • Provide market feedback to help shape product development

Requirements

  • • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • • Experience: 2-4 years in business development, sales, or related roles (SaaS experience preferred)
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise software solutions
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
